Futher reading: Though it's a few years out of date, the Autistic Authors Booklist is always a very good port of call, especially if you're looking for lesser known authors, authors of colour, authors who wrote in a language other than English and authors who might be out -of-print or who had a limited distribution. With the explosion of self-publishing, the list should probably be twice the length it is, but it's well worth a look. There are some real gems on it, and even out-of-print, most can be tracked down through Abebooks, BetterWorldBooks or a good local second-hand book seller.
