Computer Software for Autism

I've generated a list of computer software programs for children and adults with autism. This list is not necessarily complete, so please feel free to leave a comment if you have another program you recommend.   1. Great list! I really want Teach Town for my classroom, but the school didn't approve the extra spending :( My kids love the free version of Starfall, but I'm considering buying the full teacher membership.

  4. With so many resources, including all the new apps, it's tough to know where to begin. Unfortunately, studies have been done for only a handful. For social skills, there is an added problem that almost all of the studies, the kids improve on lab measures but not in the real world. This quote from the Social Skills Builder study is typical, "they did not appear to have generalized these skills in a natural setting". The only exception so far is this study.
